INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Recently, you searched for user experience or UX online. You are looking to make a different career choice or to add skills to your professional toolbox. You are making the right choice. However, you have a lot of questions too. You are asking yourself: what is UX exactly? How does someone get a UX job? How different is it from customer experience? What can I gain from it? You’ve come to the right place.

In this interactive workshop, we will:

  • Learn about user experience design and research
  • Know why great UX is great business value
  • Get familiar with some UX principles
  • Understand the difference between customer experience and user experience
  • Walkthrough the process of creating meaningful user experiences

I am thrilled to support your next steps in user experience through this workshop.
