Bring your health insurance card (RAMQ, provincial health insurance, Blue Cross). If your health insurance card does not have a photo, please bring a piece of government-issued ID (e.g. your passport or driver's license). 

You'll also have the chance to connect with Montreal community resources, including: 

• Aire ouverte, which offers free and flexible physical and mental health and wellbeing services to people ages 12 to 25
• Le réseau d’Éclaireurs, a program that offers you the opportunity to get involved and promote wellbeing in your community
