Learn how to take beautiful photos with your smartphone and express your inner self through your photos. Join creatives Monique Pantel, professional photographer and Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre, psychologist for a two-part workshop where you will harness your smartphone photography and deepen introspection.

In part 1, we will explore the use of light, composition, and introspection tools to help you find your voice, legacy, and express what is meaningful to you. In between sessions, we will ask you to take a photo integrating what we have learned.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn skills for taking beautiful photos with your smartphone

  • Explore the themes of photography, introspection, finding your voice and legacy

  • Apply evidence-based and practical strategies for introspection

Facilitators: Monique Pantel, professional photographer & Jade-Isis Lefebvre, psychologist
