Making art and working with our hands can help us recharge and re-center, even when we are busy and tired. Taking an art break can be a great way to come together and help us connect, unwind and express ourselves. Art can help us gain perspective, work through problems, or simply get out of our heads for a bit. 

You don't need fancy supplies - bring what you have! Even some paper or found objects can go a long way. We will have some ideas for you too, even if you don't have any supplies at all!
