Conversation Café — Consent

Join staff at the Sexual Assault Resource Centre as we recognize sexual assault awareness month through community conversations. Each session will offer questions to be explored by participants through semi-facilitated dialogue.

The second topic in our conversation series is consent. Understanding consent, in all its nuances, is an important pillar in the prevention of sexual violence. Engaged discussion with diverse perspectives along with practice using scenarios is helpful in building this understanding.
