As part of the CSU anti-consumerism week, CultivAction is hosting a free workshop to empower individuals to grow microgreens at home.
Microgreens are the young shoots of different edible vegetables and herbs that contain up to 40x more nutrients than their fully grown counterparts. They can be grown easily at home year-round and have a short growth cycle (1-2 weeks). Homegrown microgreens don’t require wasteful packaging, long-distance travel, and you know exactly what you’re eating when you grow your own!
Join us to prepare your own microgreen tray to take home and discuss troubleshooting common cultivation problems and remedies.
