BPO Wellness Week Presents Workout with MoFitness.
A come as you are workout, accessible to all fitness levels. We will start with a light cardio warm up to get your muscles ready for the main workout. Using only your bodyweight, we will work on strengthening your arms, legs, glutes, and abs, to increase your overall power. This class is excellent for anyone who is interested in learning how to increase strength without equipment. Coach Mo will provide options for different fitness levels to make sure everyone can succeed in this class.
Moses has over 16 years of training experience from all over the world. In August 2020 he opened Studio MoFitness and has proven to be a leader in virtual and outdoor fitness as well as personal and small group training. Moses has a positive and personalized approach to training so that you can get the most out of your workouts while looking forward to the next one.
