The President’s Task Force on Anti-Black Racism (PTFABR) is inviting Black Concordia students and alumni to participate in two storytelling conversations.

The Student Services subcommittee is collecting the stories of students and alumni to better understand their on-campus and online experiences.

EVENT 1: Student Wellness

Friday, April 9, 2021
7 – 8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:45 p.m.)

Today, there is still a stigma attached to the topic of wellness in Black communities. By discussing our personal experiences as a group, we will undoubtedly find similarities and, most importantly, solutions.

EVENT 2: Student Success

Friday, April 16, 2021
7 – 8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:45 p.m.)

How is student success defined in Black communities? By discussing our personal definitions of success, we’ll strive to find tailored solutions to better ensure student success and higher retention rates.

Register for one or both of these events.
