LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION

What do we do after a year like 2020? A year that amplified the many ways our system needs to change? The year that launched us into new ways of working, living, and collectively being? What does this all mean for you and how you will lead into the future? A systems thinking mindset helps us deal with these questions and complexity.

This workshop will intro Systems theory and offer a framework for understanding how to create change at all system levels— individual, interpersonal, institutional and beyond. You will get the opportunity to apply systems thinking to an issue that matters to you and build your capacity to lead systemic change.

Facilitator: Rachel Crane, MA Leadership

Rachel is an educator, leadership facilitator, and award-winning community activator who dreams of a world where everyone is living well, with purpose and from a place of deep love. A curious learner and multipotentialite, Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Leadership, Bachelor of Business Administration and various mindfulness teacher certifications. As well, she has been gifted some of her greatest learning through immersion in many cultures, working in 4 different continents, and by mothering her two young children.
