You’ve been waiting in line when you notice someone inching in front of you. What do you do? Have you ever considered why you react the way you do? Could your reaction to this scenario be a pattern in your habits? This workshop is led by two people-minded facilitators, a psychotherapist and a life coach, with interest on the practice of being assertive. This workshop focuses on what it means to be assertive and its value as well as limits.
