Moodle is the designated learning management system at Concordia University. All in person and online courses have a Moodle course site. Visit Moodle


To access your course online:

Step 1: Access your Student Center. You will need to log in using your Netname and password.

Step 2: Create a Concordia email account

Students enrolled in a lab course must create a Concordia email account, at least 48 hours prior to the first day of class. Your email address will follow the standard format: firstname.lastname@mail.concordia.ca

Step 3: Log in to Moodle. Use your Netname and password to log in. You will see the link to your on-line course on the left of the page under the heading My Moodle Courses.

Step 4: Log in to your course

A few days prior to the beginning of class, you will receive communications on Moodle from your instructors in regards to your online class meeting times and links to join the class via Zoom. 

You should verify your class schedule, which indicates your classroom location. Go to your Student Centre to assess your class schedule.

Textbooks and course packs, if required, are available for purchase at the Concordia University Bookstore, or online. Students are advised to await confirmation of course material by the instructor before making any purchases. The Sir George Williams Campus Concordia Bookstore is located at 1400 De Maisonneuve Blvd West; the telephone number is 514-848-2424, ext.3615.

Students registered in a course that is taught in a computer lab or a course that provides computer access as well as students enrolled in an intensive program have access to the computer labs for the term.

Concordia Continuing Education (CCE) students, who are enrolled in a 20 hour course or more, have access to the library resources, online or in person, for the duration of the term in which they are enrolled.

Annual tuition tax receipts for Educational Tax Credits (Federal T2202 and Provincial Relévé 8) are available on or before February 28 each year for the course fees paid in the previous taxation year.

Students registered in Continuing Education Intensive Programs have access to the University’s Counselling and Development Services. The Counselling and Development Services office is located at 1550 De Maisonneuve Blvd. W., Room GM 300.00. Telephone: 514-848-2424, ext.3545. You can visit them on the web.

Students requiring assistance may contact cce@concordia.ca. Our service assistants are available during office hours Monday to Friday and will respond promptly to your email inquiry.

For incidents involving a violation of Concordia University Code of Rights and Responsibilities, students are referred to the Office of Rights and Responsibilities. Students may also consult the Ombuds Office for information about existing policies, rules and procedures and advice as to the appropriate channel of redress for any concern or complaint they may have.
