Student ID cards

Find out how to obtain your student ID card.

Get your grades

Students can check their grades online in the Student Centre. You will need to use your Netname and password to log in.

Transcripts

Students can, at no charge, access their grades or their transcript online. You will need to use your netname and password to log in to your Student Centre.

For a fee of $10, CCE can print and mail a transcript on your behalf. Requests are processed within 5 working days. Unofficial transcripts can be mailed to your residence; official transcripts are only sent to educational institutions or official organizations,they are not issued to students.

Letter of attestation

Requests for letters of attestation must be made in writing to Concordia Continuing Education. Students must submit a Letter of Attestation Form. Requests will be processed within 5 working days.

Grading and examination rules

The passing grade in all courses is 50%, with the exception of the following:

  • IT Courses: The passing grade is 60%.
  • French courses: The passing grade is 60%.

Diplomas & certificates

Intensive professional career programs

A diploma is automatically awarded upon successful completion of the program requirements for students registered in an intensive program.

Part-time professional career programs

To receive a diploma, part-time professional career students must submit the Diploma Application Form when registered in their final course of the program. No charge is applied.

To receive a Program Certificate, part-time professional career students must submit a Certificate Application Form. It is suggested that students submit this form while registered in their final course of the program. No charge applied.

Duplicate diplomas & certificates (all programs)

Students may request a duplicate copy of their diploma at any time. The notation “Duplicate” appears at the bottom-left corner of the document. Fee is $25.
