Writers' Workshop: Refining Your Manuscript
Manuscript projects often stall without structure, feedback, and guidance. This course helps you develop your skills in a supportive environment that keeps you focused and motivated to push your piece forward. By practicing a variety of essential writing techniques and sharing excerpts for critique, you’ll strengthen your voice, pacing, and creative self-awareness to complete your polished manuscript.
Prerequisite
Participants must bring a manuscript in progress to develop during this course.
Recommended sequence
To better support the development of your manuscript, we encourage you to complete the following courses before this one:
- Intro to Creative Writing
- One additional creative writing course from the following: Creative Non-Fiction; Writing a Novella; Writing Your Memoir; Writing for Children.
