Training philosophy

Vila Woo (MEd, BFA, PTS) has been part of Le Gym since 2007. She is an attentive and caring personal training specialist who brings multiple years of expertise in leading classes to all age groups and all levels.

Vila's diverse skillset helps clients improve mobility, flexibility and posture.  She incorporates everything from strength training to high-intensity workouts, using a variety of equipment to make exercise both fun and challenging. Vila caters to women adapting to physical changes (peri- and menopause) and people with chronic diseases such as fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.

Vila has a gift for helping people gain or regain confidence through exercise. She is an active listener and will guide you every step of the way to work out at your optimal (safely and with intention). Vila strives to provide a positive experience for clients at Le Gym.

  • Certified Personal Training Specialist, Can-Fit Pro ​ 
  • Attends workshops for professional development ​(e.g., functional training, yoga, Essentrics®, nutrition)​

Education: Master in Education, Concordia University​
