About Concordia Recreation
At Concordia, recreation is about more than fitness — it’s about community, wellness and fun.
What we offer
Concordia Recreation provides inclusive spaces where the university community and general public can play sports, join fitness classes and get expert advice from wellness professionals. Whether you’re looking to try something new or stay fit, there’s a place for you here.
Activities are offered across both Concordia campuses.
Sir George Williams Campus
Le Gym is your spot downtown for drop-in workouts and sports, personal training, group fitness classes and nutrition consultations.
Loyola Campus
The Athletics Complex features two outdoor fields, a dome, an arena and a gymnasium. Here you can participate in intramural leagues, drop-in sports and some group fitness classes.
Camps and youth programs
Concordia offers year-round opportunities for children to stay active and engaged. Spring break and summer camps feature a mix of sports, arts and crafts and other fun activities. In fall and winter, youth programs focus on hockey, basketball, skating and other skill-building activities.
Most sessions are held on the Loyola Campus.
