As a varsity rugby player at Concordia with years of lifting experience, I understand the dedication and discipline needed to achieve real, lasting results. My training focuses on helping you get stronger, lose body fat and improve mobility, all while ensuring your form is precise to prevent injury and maximize progress.

What drives me every day is seeing my clients not only reach their goals but also gain confidence and happiness along the way.
