Training philosophy

My approach to training focuses on building strength, confidence, and energy through movement that feels good for your body, is sustainable, and fits your life.

Through my many years as a high-level rugby athlete my love for movement has evolved, which has made exercise habitual and empowering for myself. This led me on the journey to become a personal trainer.

Through working with me you will receive an individualized workout plan based on your goals and current fitness level, as well as continued support throughout your fitness journey.

I work with all ages and fitness levels, with a focus on peri and post menopausal stages, ageing bodies with the goal to focus on longevity and comfortable living. As well as training for strength and athletic performance.

Certifications: Certified Personal Training Specialist - PTS Can-Fit Pro

Education: Undergraduate Degree, BA in History

Specialties: Strength training, navigating menopause, muscle building, athletic performance and fat loss
