Training philosophy

I believe it is essential to treat each client as a unique individual. I take this approach because the key to success lies in understanding each client’s goals and expectations, present and past physical conditioning, and current motivations. Considering these factors, I aim to help clients succeed by applying the most recent research findings in the field of exercise science to their program design.
