Training philosophy

Studying exercise science has allowed me to learn so much about the human body and our role in keeping it active. My passion for physical activity has continuously grown throughout my studies, and my goal is to share this knowledge with others.

Throughout my time on the varsity rugby team, I have gained years of knowledge in weight training. Weight training is not only used to build muscle mass but is crucial in minimizing the impact of changes on the body as we age, especially during menopause. As we age, the benefits to weight training are endless — from injury rehabilitation and prevention to maintaining strength and proper joint mobility, there is so much we can do together.

My goal is to inspire you to love physical activity as much as I do. By building personalized training plans based on individual goals, we will work together to meet your objectives and more!
