Student salaries
Hiring our students allows organizations the possibility of saving on overall compensation costs. Quebec-based employers may also be eligible for significant tax credits and/or funding.
We see that co-op students bring a direct benefit to our bottom line. In fact, a student just facilitated a $285,000 deal for one of our new products.
Salaries depend upon the type of work assignment and the student’s experience. Please consult the table below for the average hourly wages for Institute for Cooperative Education students for January-December 2026. We encourage overseas employers to pay salaries in accordance with their industry norms.
