Salary guidelines
Hiring our Co-op students allows organizations the possibility of saving on overall compensation costs. Quebec-based employers may also be eligible for significant tax credit or funding.
Salaries depend upon the type of work assignment and the student’s experience. Please consult the table below for our suggested hourly rates. We encourage overseas employers to pay salaries in accordance with their country’s norms.
