Staff & Faculty Add an activity

Regardless of the activity, it must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Co-Curricular Record.

  • It cannot be an activity required for academic credit
  • The positions are unpaid
  • It must be connected to an on-campus opportunity
  • Only activities for the current academic year will be accepted

In the event that the activity you participated in is not in the database you can add it by follow these steps.

Step #1: Got to the Co-Curricular Database Activity Request From

Step #2: Read through the Guidelines and the click "CLICK HERE TO PROCEEED TO THE ACTIVITY REQUEST FORM"

Step #3: You will now be on the home page of the Co-Curricular Record.  Select the “Activity Request Form” on the Dashboard. From there click "Add New Position to New or Existing Activity".

Step #4: This will bring you to the Activity Request Form. Start by selecting the activity and options will appear.

Once you make the selections, the activity form will appear. Proceed to complete it.

Select the Anticipated Achievements for the position. Those with an asterisk (*) are required. 

Ensure an appropriate validator is selected, and click the send request button once completed.

Note: A validator is responsible for approving or declining a student’s request for their participation in an activity. They should be a member from their club, or a staff/faculty member who works closely with that group and can verify the student was actively involved.
 

Step #5: The activity is reviewed by a Co-Curricular Record staff member who will edits any spelling mistakes, ensure the description is in proper form (sentences, not points), and then will approve the request and send an e-mail indicating the request is approved.
