Festival of Innovation: The ISPI Case Competition

Since 2012, the Educational Technology Department at Concordia University has partnered with ISPI Montreal to offer graduate students an opportunity to compete/collaborate with universities who also boast graduate programs in Human Performamce Technology.

The ISPI Case Competition is sponsored and organized by GP Strategies, who will lead students through a ficticious yet realistic business opportunity. Teams must conduct a needs assessment, present a final report of findings, produce a demo and create a presentation to attendees of the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) Conference every year in April. The 2017 ISPI Conference will be in Montreal this year!

Last year, a prominent business partner in the automotive sector sponsored the Competition and the students developed a needs analysis and demo for this business partner.
