Facilities Management Labour Rate Changes - May 1st, 2025
To the University Community,
Please be advised that as of today, May 1st, Facilities Management’s hourly labour rates for billable services will be as follows:
- Architectural, Locksmith, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical: $61.00
- Custodial, Building Attendants, Facilities Keepers, Grounds: $55.00
- Distribution: $54.00
The above hourly rates represent the cost recovery for requests that go beyond the University’s normal basic services. For more information, please review the Facilities Management Billable Work Directive.
