In this radio segment of CBC's Let's Go with Sabrina Marandola, Ghalia Shamayleh, Ph.D. candidate in Marketing and Public Scholar, discusses how technology impacts mental health services and how it can be improved.Shamayleh predicts that the technical features of mental healthcare platforms must allow Teletherapy to measure up to or improve traditional in-person therapy in order to benefit its users and persevere in the market.
