Escalator connecting the Concordia Underground to the Henry F. Hall Building is temporarily out of service

Facilities Management has temporarily taken the escalator connecting the first sub-basement level to the ground floor of the Henry F. Hall (H) Building out of service to carry out unexpected repairs. The escalator is expected to return to service in approximately one week.

During this interruption:

• Users are asked to use the stairway located next to the escalator to move between the first sub-basement and ground floor.
• Individuals with reduced mobility may use the elevator located on the first sub-basement level.
• Safety barricades surrounding the escalator must not be crossed or bypassed. These barriers are required to ensure safety during the repair work.

Facilities Management is working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
