Accessing Webster Library and the LB Parking Garage when the LB Building is locked
If the J.W. McConnell (LB) Building is locked, you can continue to access Webster Library and the LB Parking Garage according to their scheduled hours of operation through the Henry F. Hall (H) Building, using the Bishop Street entrance. Please see the map below.
To access the LB Building:
- Sign in at the Campus Safety and Prevention Services (CSPS) service desk at the Bishop Street entrance in the Hall Building.
- Present a valid Concordia ID to access Webster Library.
- If accessing the LB Parking Garage, present proof of parking instead.
- Proceed through the tunnel to the LB Building.
In the event that the LB Building is locked, access the building via the Henry F. Hall (H) Building (Bishop Street entrance only).
Exiting and re-entering
Even in the event of the LB Building being locked during after-hours periods, you can exit the building at any time. If the exterior doors are locked, re-entry must be through the Hall Building’s Bishop Street entrance.
You will need to sign in again at the CSPS service desk and present a Concordia ID or proof of parking each time you re-enter. Please keep these items with you.
