Concordia’s engAGE lab is a new space for study and engagement with seniors

Concordia University is giving seniors another reason to go to the Cavendish Mall by setting up a space to help combat social isolation, while getting creative and active. Read the article and watch the video from CTV News Montreal with appearances by Mitchell Brownstein, mayor of Côte Saint-Luc, engAGE researchers Najmeh Khalili-Mahani and Shannon Hebblethwaite. Professors from the Department of Creative Arts Therapies are playing important roles in this project: Dr. Janis Timm-Bottos is Principal Investigator and Dr. Laurel Young is among the co-investigators with an upcoming residency.
