This practical workshop is designed to help you communicate in common everyday situations. Whether you're introducing yourself, speaking up in class, engaging in casual conversation, dealing with customers, offering feedback or sharing ideas in a group, this session will equip you with the skills required to speak clearly, confidently and authentically. This workshop focuses on the informal, unscripted and often unexpected situations that we engage in every day and provides tools to manage these moments with ease.

You will learn to:

  • Understand the role of public speaking in everyday interactions and conversations.
  • Recognize and reduce common sources of speaking anxiety in daily settings.
  • Organize and deliver clear, brief messages without overthinking.
  • Practice active listening to support more engaging and responsive speaking.
  • Use simple techniques and improvisational tools that allow you to stay present and composed during spontaneous situations.

Facilitator: Rosalia Felice, Communications Specialist, Learning & Development Professional, Public Speaking Champion & Career Strategist
