You’ll learn how to create a personal pre-performance routine to manage nerves, use visualization to prepare your mind and body for your presentations, and apply the memory palace method to remember your key points without notes. Each technique is taught through an interactive activity, giving you tools you can immediately use to feel more confident and focused for public speaking.
