“I got it!” Can you remember the joy of learning how to swim or bike and finally being able to do it on your own? Learning was sweet and the reward was our newly achieved skill. This workshop will encourage you to explore how to be a beginner and get comfortable with the self-compassion and joy that arrives along the way. When we are a beginner, our whole mindset about learning can shift. Imagine if we can apply that to other parts of life?!
