Have you always wanted to create a vision board, but don't know where to start? Or is it time to create a new one without all the mess? This workshop is for you! Creating your personal Vision Board is more than just cutting pages from a newspaper/magazine. It's about mirroring the future, getting clear on your goals, and then connecting with them to design a vision you want to accomplish!

I made my first ever vision board two years ago in one of my university courses and it has given me a sense of direction. Join us to intentionally define your goals through hands-on reflective exercises – individually and in a group setting.

Here's what you will learn:

  • To use self-reflection to gain clarity on your goals
  • Understanding why vision boards help you achieve goals
  • Practical tips to create a powerful Vision Board

Here is what you will need for the workshop:

  • Notebook & pen and/or other medium to be able to reflect
  • Your laptop to be able to search for images/phrases to create your Vision Board
  • Access to Canva Please sign up for the free 30-day trial of Canva before the workshop.

Facilitator: Salma Adem, BA Human Relations
