Have you ever been curious about how to build a healthier relationship with yourself and others? Do you know the difference between emotional loneliness and emotional intimacy? Building relationships that allow us to be our authentic self, maintain emotional connection, and have healthy communication is often challenging.

In this workshop, we will discuss why these aspects of relating to ourselves and others can be difficult as well as what we can do to build emotionally mature relationships, create boundaries or set realistic expectations with toxic relationships and live life more authentically.

Learning Objectives

  • Understanding the positive impact of emotional intimacy
  • Identifying emotional maturity and signs of emotional loneliness
  • Demonstrating empathy and compassion towards others to strengthen connection
  • Learning to manage emotions through connection with others
  • Learning to set boundaries and better manage toxic relationship dynamics
