Do you wish to be at your peak performance level for your academic endeavours? Does the thought of midterms, papers, and finals make your heart race? Does your breath start to shorten, or your hands sweat when studying for exams? Do you sometimes have the impression that you lose time before or during exams? You may be experiencing academic stress or anxiety.

Join doctors of psychology Jessica Tutino and Jade-Isis Lefebvre to be able to recognize the signs of your stress and implement practical skills to help you cope with the stress.

In this online workshop, you will be able to normalize your experience with academic stress, practice evidence-based skills, and tailor a plan to help support you in your academic endeavors throughout the semester.

  • Identify signs of academic stress or anxiety
  • Practice evidence-based skills to cope with stress
  • Implement mental performance skills to be at optimal performance levels
  • Create a list of tools to support you in the semester
