Join Concordia's Peer Wellness Ambassadors to share a mindful moment together to learn how to sew reusable menstrual pads. The workshop will provide instruction and all supplies needed.
These items will be for personal use, and participants will also have the opportunity to share the items they make with members of our community who want or need them.
Please register soon! Spaces for this in-person workshop are limited.
This workshop is supported by a grant from the Sustainability Action Fund which aims to develop a culture of sustainability at Concordia University. This project will help Concordia move meaningfully towards a culture of menstrual dignity on campus and will help the University fulfill its Sustainable Development Goals' commitments. Thank you to CUCCR, the Zen Dens, and Health Services for their collaboration and support.
This event is part of Creative Connections and Campus Sustainability Month.
