Ms. Lauren Small, Elected Municipal Councillor at Town of Montreal Ouest, has served in science, innovation and international portfolios. The majority of Ms. Small’s career has been devoted to diplomatic relations and head of delegation for the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee on matters related to space security. In May 2015, Ms. Small was awarded the Alumna of the Year Award by Concordia University for outstanding professional and personal achievements and was named as one of five Concordia graduates making a difference in the world in 2016.

Mr. Howard Mann, Lawyer at Howard Mann International Investment, is focused on bringing new thinking to major international law challenges. Early in his career he was legal advisor to the Canadian delegations on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the NAFTA environmental agreement. Mr. Mann has appeared before Parliamentary committees and served on advisory panels for the Government of Canada, OECD, United Nations, International Bar Association and International Commission of Jurists. He has pioneered civil society engagement in international arbitrations, published ground-breaking analyses of international investment law and arbitration and facilitated multiple international negotiations.

Ms. Robyn Dalton is Executive Director of LOVE Quebec, a non-profit that supports marginalized youth through programs that promote mental, social, and emotional well-being. She previously served as Executive Director of the CURE Foundation for Breast Cancer and was Director of Evaluation for Pathways to Education Canada. Robyn was chair of the board of directors of the Depot Community Food Centre in NDG for the last 10 years. She sits on the board of the Roasters Foundation and is involved with the NDG Hockey Association and Concertation Montreal. She and her husband live in NDG with their two boys and their dog, Sophie.
