Join Juniper Belshaw, MA 17, and Vesna Antwan, BA 95, in this participatory online workshop.

Using tools like reflection exercises and breakout rooms, participants will gain a better understanding of what causes burnout, the warning signs, and ways in which it can be prevented.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Recognize the differences between anxiety, depression and burnout
  • Explore the considerable impact of burnout
  • Gain practical ways to protect your energy at work and beyond
  • Reconnect to the things that make your heart sing
  • Create an action plan to support your own well-being

Juniper Belshaw

Juniper Belshaw is a facilitator and process consultant, specializing in leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational design.

With her background in social justice and creative organizations such as Centre for Community Organizations and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, Juniper has facilitated sessions for acrobats, executives, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, non-hierarchical teams, activists and non-profit organizations. She is drawn to working with values-driven teams working to leave this planet better than they found it.

With a masters in Human Systems Intervention and as co-founder of the Montreal chapter of “Reinventing Work,” Juniper is obsessed with creating thriving, human workplaces. As a facilitator, Juniper sees her role as helping people connect to themselves, each other, and the solutions that lie within

Vesna Antwan BA 95, PPCC

Vesna Antwan

Vesna Antwan is an internationally-certified personal and professional coach whose mission is to guide soul-seeking individuals in finding their way back to themselves and their inner compass. Before completing her coaching certification, Vesna worked in various fields, including higher education administration and communications. The common thread throughout her career has been a deep curiosity and interest in people.

Vesna’s coaching framework is whole-person centered and sensitive to her clients’ identities, experiences, values and beliefs. She believes that coaching is a process of discovery, one that brings out the possibilities within and shines a light on our unique stories. She also firmly believes that joy is an important element to the healing journey.

On top of her work in private practice, Vesna designs and facilitates workshops on topics that are close to her heart such as self-care, boundary setting and burnout prevention.
