Training philosophy

As a Kinesiologist, I use an evidence-based and progressive approach to assess each client’s physical abilities and weaknesses, movement, and individual needs to develop personalized exercise programs based on their goals, physical condition, lifestyle, and level of function.

I work with a wide variety of populations, including healthy individuals; wanting to improve their physical capacity and fitness, as well as physically vulnerable or deconditioned individuals in need for chronic condition management, injury recovery, or those living with medical conditions (such as stroke and multiple sclerosis).

My intervention goes beyond personalising an exercise program but also includes education about injury prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term health and wellness, all to maintain independence and quality of life.
