Student associations

The School is home to student associations covering all three areas of study, fostering community and collaboration among students.

Associations by discipline

Dance Students Association (DSA)

The DSA Executive is comprised of students who are elected on an annual basis.  They organize workshops, advocate for students, and foster a sense of community through events, initiatives, and collaborative projects.

Concordia Electroacoustic Studies Student Association (CESSA)

The Concordia Electroacoustic Studies Student Association promotes activities and advocates awareness of electroacoustic studies through presentation, promotion, preservation, and communication.

Music Undergraduate Students Association (MUSA)

Concordia's Music Undergraduate Students Association is interested in the well-being of music students. It creates events, opportunities, provides resources and links them to outside communities and networks.

Concordia Composer's Guild

The Concordia Composer's Guild hosts meetings, workshops and hands-on events where students can collaborate with other composers in Music.

Concordia Association of Students in Theatre (CAST)

CAST, the Concordia Association of Students in Theatre, works to support and enrich the experience of students. Through CAST, students can seek information, raise questions or concerns and share their experience. All students in the Department of Theatre are members of CAST. Become active members by attending weekly meetings.

Fine Arts Student Alliance (FASA)

The Fine Arts Student Alliance is your first stop to connecting with the many student-run organizations and associations in the Faculty. FASA students work together to program a wide range of diverse events and activities on campus as well as in the Montreal community, administer Special Project Grants, support Fine Arts clubs, and seek out various ways to represent and recognize Concordia’s creative community.
