Multiple IT Systems unavailable - March 16th, 10:00 p.m.

MAR 16:

Numerous IT services will be temporarily offline on Wednesday, March 16 from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. due to unplanned emergency maintenance. 

During this time frame, the following services will be unavailable:

  • MyConcordia
  • SIS Documentum
  • Empath
  • Maximo
  • IDSS
  • FCMS
  • CCMS Curriculum
  • Lime Survey
  • EDocs
  • CMIG UNITY Integration (COVID Forms)

If you have questions about the maintenance period contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 11:00pm on weekdays and between 9:00am and 4:30pm on weekends.
