IT maintenance (varied services): April 19

Concordia's IT department will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday April 19, 2017 between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

The following IT services will be affected while the maintenance is performed:

  • Winprism upload process
  • Gartner
  • Financial reports (Other reports) within the MyConcordia portal
  • All applications under the Software and Applications heading within the MyConcordia portal

If you have any questions about the maintenance window or service interruption, contact the Service Desk at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays.
