Survey aims to improve students’ experience

The team at Campus Retail Stores strives to be the best it can be.

This is why it has commissioned a customer satisfaction survey that was emailed this week to a representative sample of students.

The survey poses 20 questions on topics ranging from coursepacks to textbook rentals and buybacks to customer experience.

If you received the email inviting you to fill out the survey, please do. This is your opportunity to help Campus Retail Stores improve your experience at Concordia.
