Roger Côté is listening.

The Vice-President, Services, is interested in hearing what the members of the Concordia community have to say about student services, information technology (IT) and information systems (IS), and the university’s physical environment.

“Our goal is to listen to the community. If we want to meet the evolving needs of our students, faculty and staff members, we need to know what is working and what can be improved or enhanced. That is why we have launched the dialogue series, We’re Listening, on both campuses,” explains Côté.

The Services Sector supports the university’s academic mission and has a broad mandate that includes providing services to enhance the university community experience, to support university-wide technology services, and to ensure a safe campus.

The series, which begins on Thursday, February 7, will focus on student services, followed by IT and IS on February 11 and 14, and two sessions in March on the university’s physical environment.

Sessions are being offered on both campuses, and are open to students, faculty and staff members. Refreshments will be available.
