Help4u is a Concordia web-based initiative that directs students to the many on-campus support services available to them free of charge. The user-friendly search tool allows students to browse through existing support resources or ask questions of their own.

Help4u is a tool for students experiencing personal difficulties that affect their studies. Topics covered include financial issues, emotional well-being, language difficulties and learning problems. With Help4u, students can locate the resource that will help them in addressing challenging they are facing.

“The goal of Help4u is to make students aware of the many services available to students so that they may be successful in their studies,” says interim registrar Terry Too.

Help4u also makes locating university forms a simple task by making them available in one place. Students can search for university forms by keyword, or browse by Faculty or department. Degree transfer applications, transcript requests and international exchange forms are among those available on the Help4u website.

Finally, Help4u links to the Ask Concordia repository of frequently asked questions pertaining to undergraduate and graduate studies. When users type a question, Ask Concordia generates the most accurate response it can find in its database. If a search does not turn up a satisfactory response, questions can be forwarded to the Ask Concordia support staff so they may answer the query and better the Ask Concordia system.
