Commenting on Consumption
Posted on January 31, 2018

Jordan LeBel, Associate Professor of Marketing at the John Molson School of Business. studies how food and beverage products and services are marketed. He takes an especially close look at hedonic and aesthetic consumption, and how consumers decide what to eat or drink.

In a very short period, Professor LeBel has commented on a very wide variety of topics in the media including how quinoa earned its superfood designation; why Ferrero acquired Nestle’s American candy business; and the digitalisation of grocery stores.
