Combatting ISIS and radicalization

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump outlined what his strategy would be to combat ISIS and other terrorist groups while Canada's Public Safety Minister, Ralph Goodale, has announced the Canadian government is moving ahead with a program to identify individuals who might be at risk of radicalization and prevent them from committing violent acts. Two Concordia experts are following developments: André Gagné can address the risk of radicalization and Kyle Matthews can respond to Trump's proposals.
