DCPs (Digital Cinema Packages) are the standard for distributing movies to cinemas and film festivals. This video on the CDA You Tube channel begins by defining a DCP and then explains the details of creating a DCP with DaVinci Resolve Studio. The procedure is similar to any DCP creation software so the information is pertinent to other applications. There are references to the facilities available for making and testing the DCP at the CDA and VCR (Visual Collections Repository) in the Faculty of Fine Arts.
