Jessica Lelievre and Vasif Aliev received first prize with a near perfect score in the category of Discourse, which included delivering a speech and a critical summary. The runner up was trailing 30% behind Jessica and Vasif!
The tournament took place at UQAM with the participation of 6 universities: Concordia University, University of Ottawa, Université Sherbrooke, Université Laval, Université de Montréal, and Université du Québec à Montréal.
The PSSA Team won third prize in the category of Academic Case Study, which was presented by Alex Héroux, Lydia Risi, and Mounia Mrim.
Last but certainly not least, Chief of delegation Bénite Mandaka and Whip Frédéric Vo Van also won Chief and Whip of the year!
Congratulations to the PSSA Team for this fantastic result, which brings great pride and visibility to our Department, Faculty and University!
