MIGS Fellow Fannie Lafontaine was interviewed by Radio-Canada’s Midi Info regarding her Independent Observer Report of the SPVM’s investigations on criminal allegations by Aboriginal people against police officers. She is also quoted in Le Devoir, Journal Metro, L’Actualite, Radio Canada, Global News, CBC News, CTV NEWS, and La Presse about the recent publication of her report looking into complaints of law enforcement abuses involving Indigenous people.
