Juggling deadlines, expectations and competing priorities is a big part of working life — especially in your first professional role. This workshop focuses on how to manage your time, energy and workload in ways that are realistic, sustainable and effective. You’ll learn practical tools to stay organized, meet deadlines, avoid burnout, and adapt your systems to in‑person, hybrid and remote work environments.

Students will be able to:

  • Assess their current time and task management habits
  • Use simple planning tools to prioritize, organize and follow through
  • Break large or ambiguous tasks into manageable steps
  • Manage workload and visibility in in‑person, hybrid and remote settings
  • Build sustainable self‑management habits that support long‑term success
